CEEG (Nanjing) Semiconductor Material Co., Ltd was established on April 18, 2007, which is situated in No. 6, Shuige Road, Jiangning Economic and technical Development Zone, NanJing city. At present, the floor area is 100 units of area, there are over 160 staff. The registered capital is USD 6.43 million. The Semiconductor Material Co., Ltd is the high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sale of high quality solar energy mono-crystalline & multi-crystalline silicon ingot and silicon wafer and IC wafer, which holds internationally advanced patented technology, production and detection device, it's predicted to introduce 100 sets of Mono-Crystal &Multi-Crystal silicon Furnaces at the end of 2007, the productive capacity is 80MW. At the end of 2008, introduce 200 sets of Mono-Crystal &Multi-Crystal silicon Furnaces, the productive capacity is 160MW; in 2010, introduce 600 sets of Mono-Crystal &Multi-Crystal silicon Furnaces, the productive capacity is 500MW, which will become one of the maximal mono-crystalline & multi-crystalline silicon industry bases in Nanjing,China. |
